Great condo in the Waikoloa area. The unit is in a gated community with a pool and amenities, and it was quiet during our stay (other than the Hawaiian birds). The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and matched the listing photos. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend.

Stay at Waikoloa Fairways Terrace

Very nice and comfortable. We have stayed in the area before snd like it’s close proximity to beaches we like and being in a quieter area. Suggestion: need more than one kitchen towel; and the fans in the bathrooms are extremely noisy - would be better if had two switches to control light and fan so could turn fan off when needed, rather than the e one switch that turns on both at the same time. Neighbors downstairs were noisy and yelled a lot every day but were quiet later in the evening. Overall a nice place.
