It had everything we needed and close to everything. The only concern was the elevators as it seemed not all were operational and our family had to wait 6 times to be able to get on an elevator due to being too packed with people each time.

Forth time at the hotel. It needs better maintenance. My toilet didn't have a proper lid cover for the tank ( it was a thin plastic cover) so it was smelling and the glasses dirty same for the furniture on the balcony. Its truly a 4 star hotel that cant even really try. Beside the views it doesn't have much to go for. I guess its ok if you have kids and you only look for convenience not an experience! I spent my last night in waikiki at the Halekulani. A truly first class establishment a real wow factor !
