"We stayed at Sheraton Waikiki it’s very closed to all the shops which I liked very much and very close to the food court. However we had a room for the 6 of us and the rooms are sooo small and it’s very expensive. Everything is an upcharged. They also need to figure out why only 1 elevator works ..."

"The silverware, pots, and such were not very clean, maybe sanitized but not clean. The room was old and run down, water marks on the ceiling, carpet was uneven, drawers in the kitchen stained and dirty, cupboard hinges broken, etc. the room was effectively x2 the "nightly" price acter you added "resort ..."
