「Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. 「The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. 」

「The room was bigger than we expected. Very clean. We rarely used the AC as the room stayed cool. Not a lot of noise from other suites although roosters and traffic could be a problem for light sleepers. Wifi was not great so wouldn’t recommend for those who are working remotely, but location was great and would stay again!」

「The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. "Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
