We had fallen in love with the Sands Hotel in an earlier overnight visit (2023). The sheets on the double were stained, the blankets smelt used and needed a wash (as in smelt sweaty like my kids blankets after a week!)...the stovetop was dirty, the oven was dirty, the floor needed a sweep..There is a cleaning fee so maybe down to the cleaning service rather than the owner.
