"食器家電等の設備は整っており、困った事は無く快適に過ごす事が出来たが、部屋の隅にホコリが残っており清潔感を感じられませんでした。その他に、ベッドの枕も不快臭があり、あまり清潔感はありませんでした。自然の中なので割り切らないといけない部分ではあるが、チェックイン時にカーテンレール部分に虫の付着が多く、約10匹以上の生きた虫が室内におり、殺虫剤も無く対処するのに不便を感じ、不快でした。ホコリと虫への改善をして欲しいと感じました。"

"An international experience more than a Japanese one. But staff is nice and tries their best to offset frequent miscommunication with front desk office. For instance we reported several time we wanted a Japanese futon room, but the room was prepared as western."

"Tachiro-san and his team are brilliant. They are very attentive and they look after us very well during our stay. The kaiseki dinners and breakfast are very yummy. All food served are at the highest quality. We have private open-air onsen in our room, which is a must. You can soak in the onsen at anytime you like. The whole experience is very personal and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
