Love the breakfast and the discounts given for the children. Also love the pool area especially for families. Room for improvements: Maybe provide a heated pool during Spring time so that we can make the most of our time there and also need to clean the rooms daily. The cleaners only cleaned on the first day. Without a valid reason, they stopped providing this service. I had to call the receptionist to come and clean/empty bins/provide new towels. Also, the TV system needs to upgraded with a wifi connection to link with phones/laptops etc. It’ll make the experience more enjoyable. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay here.

Wonderful check in staff and the restaurant staff were terrific. Hotel is definitely ageing and not necessarily well maintained. Check out was a real let down after the average room yet brilliant staff on arrival. There was a $20 voucher included with the booking and the lady on reception did not initially include it as a credit and when I mentioned it she was reluctant to deduct it off the charge of the meal booked to the room. Overall a marginally disappointing stay in what was formerly a brilliant hotel.

Nice setup to spend the weekend with the family. Kids enjoyed the hot pool very much. Hotel premises was spacious. Plenty of space for kids to run around. Concierge service available to help with baggage. One of the decent resorts (from nz perspective) I have been to.
