"The room and hotel had all the required amenities and all the important elements of the room functioned well. The shower was great with lots of pressure, climate control was perfect, tv worked great, and the bed was fantastic. The facility could use some maintenance though as there was no ceiling fan in bathroom, elevator did not have floor number or vocal floor indicator, hot tub was broken and a funky smell was in the pool area. The gym was fantastic, one of the most well equipped hotel gyms I’ve seen. Overall I would recommend this place to others."

"Travelling with husband and 2 small Yorkies. This is a pet friendly hotel with outside, drive up door access. The first room given to us smell of cat pee, it was horrible, the smell kind of slapped you in the nose. The second room was clean, but the bathroom had a smell as well, I guess someone left their pet inside and they peed in there. Not as bad as the first room but still noticeable, we kept that door closed. Breakfast was good. Location is good and is close to shopping area."

"Excellent facility, we stayed at the echo lodge. Beautiful room, very spacious, comfortable bed. Surrounded by nature, this hotel felt more like a cottage. Loved the sound of the waterfall"
