"What a wonderful stay out this cabin style cottage. The location was perfect for outdoorsy activities and not too far from Ottawa and Gatineau! The space was perfect for a family of 5. The space was well AC during the hot days and the layout was great for playing board games (available at the site) or reading a book! As well, the wildlife was amazing! We saw turkeys, rabbits, foxes and deer. It was a beautiful getaway!"

"Chateau Laurier is an iconic railway hotel. Beautiful. It is in a great location to see the sights. Very well maintained and we got to say hotel to the hotel dog "Stewart" . We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great price, free parking, freshly renovated. It would be a 10/10 except for the lack of sound proofing. This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a serious lack of sound proofing. Noise does not normally bother me but you could hear the conversation of the people across the hall through 2 closed doors, you can make out the words. The hallways are long and very echoey so when kids are running at one end of hall, the sounds get amplified and go through the entire hotel floor. There is 0 sound absorption. It was also super noisy hearing the people in the room above walking around at 6am. Additionally the middle stairwell is probably where they should’ve put the main lobby because everyone seems to move through there to access the parking lot and swimming pool/gym. Also the swimming pool is so very tiny we dubbed it the 12 man tub because it would be absolutely packed if more than 10 ppl were in it at once. It looks like the size of 3 or 4 king beds pushed together. Also, ladies keep an eye on your husbands coz mine snuck out two nights in a row to go to the casino next door, LOL."

"I wanted to say "THANK YOU" to Steven with the maintenance team. I went to the underground parking to find that my car lights were left on. My battery drained. It was 7 am and I had an appointment at 7:45 am. Found Steven in the garage and asked if he could give me a boost. He replied that he didn't own a car and lived local. HOWEVER, He went through two maintenance rooms and came out with a battery charger and a 100 foot extension cord. He hooked up my car and it started! WOW... what a life saver and certainly one to be commended. He totally exceeded my expectations and I will continue to be loyal to the Business Inn... as yet another big check mark from me. Thanks Steven... always remember you. Cheers... Jim Simone.. :)"
