「It would be an excellent property for 4 adults, all would get a nice comfortable bed. It is modern and updated, especially nice is the 2 full bathrooms. Location is convenient to popular outdoor activity areas. We had a car and could park in front. The only downfall is I didn’t get clear communication beforehand regarding to go to off-site property manager Niseko Landmark View, best during business hours, to check in and get keys. 「Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍」

「the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away 」
