This hotel was super convenient. Ski-in, ski-out. Onsite ski rental with storage locker. Nice onsen. Great restaurants - the buffet was amazing with lots of variety and delicious choices. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay for the start of the ski season. Our room was comfortable & clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and tasty!

Convenient location to ski in and out of An’nupuri. All staff member from front desk, shipping luggage, kitchen staff to housekeeping staffs were very nice and friendly. The onsen was clean and bonus was the sauna and cold plunge. The morning buffet was ok, I would recommend to have more fruit varieties other than just grapefruit and pineapple. Overall spent 4 very nice days skiing and we ate out for dinner, highly recommend making reservations at lucky fingers and Matsuri.

Good for Ski beginner & family 。No convenient shop nearby . Reception counter prepare several bag of bread for sale . Everyday . Vending machine in the premises. Taking 45 mins bus ride to Hirafu . 2 convenience store in Hirafu .
