The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Wir haben unsere Wohnung über Fewo-Direkt gebucht. Da wurde uns eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vermittelt. Dass es sich dabei um Hotel handelte erfuhren wir dann erst vor Ort. Auch betraten wir erst mal eine leere Lobby, ein sehr gehetzter, Italienischer Hausmann stöhnte im Obergeschoss, anscheinend unser Check-In service. "The rating and cost are way too high. It’s clean and otherwise nice but the front staff is rude. I asked THREE times for a room cleaning over my 3 night stay and it wasn’t done. Even left door tag requesting clean which staff removed and still didn’t clean. Would never staff here again."
