we were looking for simple, but clean and friendly. David is always available but not intrusive. Our room (of choice) had only one window, without a screen, so we opted for full-time AC, which also serves to quiet the nearby highway. With AC room with very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

July 12, 2025 stayed in the Pear Room. The location was convenient for the places I was intending to visit. David, the host, was super welcoming and made himself available to answer any questions in person and via text. He made a great breakfast to boot. The accommodations were fantastic...private, modern, very clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay (mini frig, TV, Keurig, travel toiletries, wifi). I would without a doubt stay here again.

This was a convenient stop-over for us on our trip from Maine to Florida. The accommodations are adequate but cannot compare to the old concept of B&B as we knew it in the 1990s.
