“Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. ”

“Hotel location is good, very near the train station. the service is good. when I request the additional bed in the room. they changed another bigger room to us. Even we have 3 adults and 1 children. They would not ask us to book one more room.”

“It is a good place to stay but the transport isn't good so I would advise anyone to have their own car or a hire a car. Plus the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. ”

“Gute Lage, über die Fussgängerbrücke ist man in 5. Min. in Frankreich, mit der Tram an der Grenzstation kommt man bequem nach Basel City, entlang des Rheins gute Wander- und Fahrradstrecken, auch grenzüberschreitend. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel, bei Gefallen auch Restaurants. Gegen Gebühr kann das Fitnessstudio im Gebäude genutzt werden, ist aber Geschmacksache, da Decken und Wände schwarz gefärbt sind und einen düsteren Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Fitnesscenter war in früheren Jahren……

“This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended”

“It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions”
