Chalet Café-Chocolat

We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Waldighofen, this charming country cottage in edge of forest of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 32 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 237 m² with a terrace and a balcony. Do you want peace and quiet in a natural setting? This is the accommodation for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 32 m² with TV, fireplace (wood provided next to the stove, if needed more in addition), armchairs, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 (14.7 m²): a double bed (140×190), a closet and two armchairs.
- Bedroom 2 (12.25 m²): two single beds, a chest of drawers and two night tables.
- A bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet.

Exterior :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 237 m² and a terrace of about 39 m² with furniture (tables, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the nice days (sunny in the morning).
- A balcony of about 6 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: electric barbecue, high chair, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Waldighofen, in a very pleasant and quiet environment with a view at the back of the house on a forest. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tourist sites : Mulhouse zoo at 40 min, Basel zoo at 40 min, Europa-Park at 1h45, Colmar and its old town, Kaysersberg at 1h20...
- Sporting activities : Hiking trails, kayaking at 30 min, karting, golf, swimming pool
- Cultural visits: the Cité de l'Automobile - Collection Schlumpf (Discover the largest automobile museum in the world), the Ecomuseum of Alsace, the city of trains...
- Gastronomic heritage: sauerkraut, smoked Vosges cheese, munster cheese, Comtose salad, belflore...
- Events : Habitat exhibition, medieval festival in Ferrette, festival of lights in Dannemarie, Jura Alsacien foot races in Ferrette, Sainte-Catherine fair in Habsheim, the Enchanted Forest at Christmas, New Year's Eve with torches...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private enclosure of the chalet in free parking (except camping Car).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Mulhouse train station located at about 38 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg located at approximately 27 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen included.
- Towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost of 7.50€ per person for the stay (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided next to the stove, if more wood is needed it will be extra.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A flat rate of 10 kW per day is included in the rental price. Beyond this, the kW will be charged at 0,18 or the current cost price. Payment on site.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. A flat rate supplement may be charged.
- Visitors are not permitted. Only those who have made a reservation are allowed access to the accommodation.
- Evenings and parties are not allowed.
- The landlady can communicate with you in French and German.
