- This space accommodates up to 8 guests total, as long as the additional Guest fee is satisfied for Guests 7 & 8. A fair, comfortable stay for all starts with respecting occupancy limits and guest fees — thank you for helping us maintain a great experience for every guest. Limiting occupancy helps protect the home from excess wear and tear.

When you book with My Marques Getaways, you’re stepping into a thoughtfully prepared home in a peaceful residential community. We care deeply about maintaining pristine spaces, respectful surroundings, and a calm experience for every guest.
To keep things smooth and stress-free, here’s a simple overview of our stay expectations:
• Only registered guests (and pre-approved dogs) may be on the property
• Occupancy limits must be respected at all times (children count)
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, commercial use, or unapproved gatherings
• No smoking or vaping inside or near open windows
• Parking must follow provided arrival instructions (no lawn or street blocking where prohibited)
• Dogs must be disclosed and approved in advance (max 2, no cats)
• EV charging (where available) must be requested in advance
• Outdoor amenities and recreational items must be used responsibly and returned to their original condition
• The booking guest is responsible for their group, pets, and any damage beyond normal wear
We host in close-knit communities and truly appreciate guests who value calm, cleanliness, and respect.
After booking, a full Peaceful Stay Agreement is shared for digital acknowledgment using a secure signing system. Email addresses are used only for stay-related communication and arrival guidance.
