Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Spruce Ledge is centrally located between the picturesque towns of Damariscotta, Rockland, Camden and Rockport - each just 20 minutes away. Year-round activities abound: swim off the dock or cold-plunge in the spring-fed pond; play pickleball on the HOA court; stargaze while warming up by the firepit; relax in the wood-fired sauna (ready by October 1st) after skiing at the Camden Snow Bowl. EV charging on-site (Tesla and J-1772).

Located in South Waldoboro, this spacious house (over 4,300 sqft) boasts 4 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed spread across 4 bedrooms. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy all that Waldoboro has to offer when you stay at our place.
