不滿：整潔度和設施服務
Firstly, I had a hard time checking in because what’s not accepted is they will not accept “Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo cards” despite that they’re from “visa” or “mastercard” and people use them as banks. This we not communicated prior to booking or I would have looked elsewhere. Secondly, the whole hotel absolutely reeks of weed- yes it’s legal in Maryland, but get better ventilation or something- it stunk everywhere. I was frustrated when I went to shower an we only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 adults- when it’s basic hygiene to use 1 washcloth for your face, and one for your body- plus if you intend to wash your hair you’re limited to a hand towel. My husband went to ask for more towels and was given a hard time about it. The breakfast selection is poor, the waffle maker doesn’t cook evenly, so while the waffles look done, the inside is still raw. The other items are stale or hard. Also if you don’t eat pork you’re limited to eggs, 2 cereal
options, or some kind of breakfast bread that is hard. The worst part was when it was time to check out they were holding a church service in the pool and the church was using all of the hotel carts whenever checking out, You needed to carry everything from your room down the hall and out the door, and we were threatened to be charged more for a late check out if we couldn’t make it happen by 11. I frequently visit Maryland because I have family that lives here, but I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
