The person washing the floor in the lobby and elevator did not use clean water. Floor was VERY sticky. Rugs in the hallways are worn. Room was great. Breakfast was good.

Location was good for eatey and shopping, my overview: Poor decor, shabby, dirty and smelly hall ways and elevator, only one elevator which was shared by residents and maintenance workers, black-out shades were torn with lots of holes, extremely noisy ac unit, unconfortable bed and pillows, noisy neighbors next and above unit seems to be long term/permanent residents who were loud.

Thanks room was ok and had a full kitchen, staff was friendly and helpful. Includes breakfast which looked good (we didn't go) we were a bit uneasy about the area and weren't sure it was very safe but the hotel itself was fine

The carpet in the bedroom and closets were wet. Rear door going outside would not accept the card to open. I arrived 7:30 for breakfast to find sausage but no eggs and the waffle maker down. I tried the juice but ended up pouring out both the orange juice and the apple juice.

The property is in a great location near food and shopping. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with the room and will definitely be staying there again.

I was booked together with my brother who also had a room. We both experienced the same problem. There was a wedding party that lasted two days/nights that was just down the hallway. There was very loud music until the wee hours of both nights. Essentially very little sleep. There was no attempt by the front desk to quiet down this mob.

My stay was less than average. The fire alarms went off two days in a row with no warning but we received notice of them testing fire alarms after the fact. The phones were down and we were unable to contact the front desk. The only elevator went down which is not ideal when you’ve booked a handicap room and they put you on the 4th floor. The stairwell smells like someone’s diaper. We requested a 2 hr late check out and the day of, was questioned why we were still in the room as of 12:45. Without any of that happening, the hotel room was adequate.

Marriott residence inn is a great property its clean quiet and the service is great... the only discrepancy was i had a fire place room and the fire place didnt work

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Mrs Sheere King was very attentive to our needs when we arrived for the evening. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the coffee. the container went empty and when they bought out a new one the coffee was Lukewarm.....not pleasant at all.

Our room was ok. Tub didn’t have a stopper in it or enough towels had to call down for those. Breakfast area was a complete disaster local kids were taking all the food and making noise. Trash was everywhere

No relaxation
The stay way horrible!! I paid for my mom to have a relaxing stay instead she had to change rooms three times. Someone was having a party so she had to complain and one of her rooms wasn’t ready so she change rooms again. I want a refund or a free stay!!
