Ocean Front with Hot Tub, Dog Friendly!

Check in and relax, you're now on beach time! This oceanfront home offers the natural beauty and comfort to provide the ultimate in relaxation while also offering plenty of outdoor activities. There's a large oceanfront deck and a path to the beach that enables you to enjoy your time at this home regardless of whether you're looking for relaxation time or playtime!

Beach Time has a natural sunlit living area which is open to the kitchen and dining room, has wonderful ocean views, and is great for friends and family to enjoy time together. Relax in the outdoor space with dinner on the deck while watching the sun sink beyond the western horizon over the Pacific. The breakfast nook is the perfect start to the day where you can sit and listen to the sound of the waves. On stormy days, you can watch the changing weather while you keep warm and comfy inside.

Beach Time features all living spaces and bedrooms at ground level so everything is accessible and comfortable. The primary bedroom suite, with its own private bath, is where you can relax and appreciate the ocean views. There is a door from the bedroom that accesses the pergola enclosed hot tub which can be enjoyed in any season that you stay. Two more bedrooms, with a shared bath, are down the hall. Miles of sandy beach are right in front of Beach Time and access couldn't be any easier! You will have a fun time collecting shells, looking for agates, building sandcastles, flying kites, and walking on the beach all during your stay at Beach Time!

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Sleeps up to 8 - 3 Bedrooms, 1 King, 1 King (that can be separated into two extra long Twin beds -- with 72 hour prior notice), 1 Queen and 1 Queen sofa sleeper, 2 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA
Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
