「Staff were wonderful! Right on top of cleaning and any assistance we needed. The hotel is old, but you can tell someone is taking care of it. There are a few restaurants in walking distance.」

「It was a very adequate, clean room with decent bedding and towels. The appliances looked new and the room was comfortable for our stopover. Staff was friendly and the area was safe. 」

「Considering I made a late reservation to stay in Poteau for the eclipse, I was happy to get the room, even though it was a smoming.」

「The room was awful. The walls and ceiling had mold and water damage, the bathroom was dirty, the beds had dirt and hairs on the blankets and sheets, and the heat and air was rigged on a toggle switch.」

「It was a very nasty place. We did not even see the rooms. Lady that works there came out to my car as I was getting out and I said can I help you? She said do u need a room? I told her I had a reservation. She ask for what kind of room I told her double. She said they have no double and already had another customer wanting a double and would have to move people around in order to do so, and they don't have any other double rooms available. I told her we will just find another hotel. She said ok...
