The property was beautiful. The host communicated really well. But the listing doesn’t explain the hot tub is shared and also completely at the other side of the property. They also started asking us to accept a refund to leave due to a pending ice storm. Made it seem like an option until the day before the end of my trip and was told we’d get a couple day refund and we needed to leave because they needed to winterize the house as it was already pending for sale. I don’t understand why give us options to stay and ask us to leave just to kick us out. I also don’t understand why rent it as a Vrbo during a time it’s listed actively for same sale. Loved the priority gates the ending experience
