「Nice place to stay a night on the way to Key west」

「They dont strive to serve. Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience.」

「The pool and pool area was nice. We liked how there was a separate adult pool from the kids pool. Also, the room was clean and had clean towels everyday. But, they allow dogs which was not a pleasant experience. Yipey dogs during the day & night was very disturbing and annoying. 」

「Clean, friendly staff, nice pool and great breakfast with plenty of options. Fitness center was fantastic the one day of our trip we were able to use it before they closed it for renovations. On-site restaurant had a good selection of food and drinks and had live music every night. 」

「My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. She mention changing the verbiage & adjusting the fee. However, she charge me the full amount. She didn’t provided a receipt. Just un-trust worthy.
