“5 stars. The service was phenomenal, the spa was great. The pool was beautiful, and a great walkable location to downtown. We also used the bikes to the beach in the AM and they have 4 cards you can use for free, for 4 hour intervals (which we took to dinner) including a G wagon and Maybach. They also supposed us with several treats and gave us a onesie for our baby on the way. Top notch and can’t wait to return.”

“What a charming hotel! We totally enjoyed our short stay. So nice to be somewhere without an overnight parking fee. We especially loved the indoor sunroom with the fabulous ocean views.”

“I loved my stay here! Booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend with a friend and was in a beautiful location just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Kennebunkport. Our room was beautiful looking over water and was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly! The only negatives I experienced were that there was minimal staff attendance in the building. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to go across the street if you needed anything to the other hotel they own. This……

“The property is lovely and the location ideal. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside is that the King bed mattress was about 4’ high, with a step stool to get in and out. To get up at night required turning on the light to find the step stool, then making the climb, which felt unsafe and woke me up enough to have difficulty getting back to sleep. Ask about the bed before choosing a room!”

“Our room was well maintained with nice amenities. The shower was a little small but not a dealbreaker. Really good continental breakfast—cereals, bagels, large muffins, juice, yogurts. Good location close to town, very walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel!”
