"A beautiful hotel, but the rooms to small"

"The breakfast offered was at a patisserie very nearby, but did not open early enough for us to make use of, and did not offer anything nutritious that we could tell. Treats only plus coffee. We instead ate breakfast at a very nice cafe/bar a few steps beyond. Great coffee, some pastries, a few egg dishes and yogurt/fruit/juices. We were very happy to eat there being that it was close and what we wanted to eat to start our wine tasting days. The room was located centrally, within easy walking to train station, excellent restaurants and nearby shops. There was no maid service for our 3 night stay. We needed to make a request for bathroom tissue and coffee pods, which we did through the what’s app contact. These were delivered within hours. While we could have used more places to put our things (3 hangers, 1 suitcase shelf), dry our clothes, and hang our towels (no hooks, but one nice towel warmer), we appreciated the windows, light, heating, lack of noise, and everything being in good working order. We stayed in the Barberesco room. "

"Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately. "

"Great location, nice space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The soaps and shampoos smelled great. The managers were very nice and allowed us to get in earlier. "

"Great location and big apartment, fully stocked with helpful host!We stayed 8 nights in mid September. Plenty of space, really quite big apartment, with nice living area, full stocked kitchen. We cooked a few dinners and always had coffee and breakfast in the apartment and it was easy. They even have a dishwasher. Since we are travelling for a long time, we have to be able to wash and dry clothes. The closet is huge and perfect for drying with a drying rack, some hanging options and plenty of space to spread out. This apartment is a 2 minute walk from Piazza Ferrero and so close to the train and bus station. The location is perfect if you plan to explore other places nearby. We did not have a car so can't speak about parking etc. The host was helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations and always available to me for questions!I hope we can come back and stay again someday. It's a great apartment!"
