「the bed was good pillow not so good at breakfast they ran out of coffee they did not have shower gel or soap in the shower the staff was excellent」

「The place was not clean at all and the towels were all so old. The staff behavior was so rude, the package had breakfast on it, they said they don’t have breakfast 」

「Pool and hot tub were closed. This was disappointing to our kids after a long day in the car. I specially booked this hotel because it said that there was a pool and hot tub. It would be better to advertise that these amenities are not available when they indeed aren't available, rather than disappointing / negatively suprising customers. Also the air conditioner in our room didn't work properly, and the microwave and small fridge looked like they had been picked up from the side of the road....

「We are repeat customers for the Blue Spruce Motel. It’s always very clean and has a very comfortable bed. It’s nice to have the mini fridge. Our only issue was how the bottom of the tub drain area looked in this particular room. It was old, maybe stained, and not remodeled like the rest of the room. In spite of this, we will definitely stay there again! 」

「The buildings were old. However, clean, and roomy. It was a quick stop but, worth it. The only reason not a 5 rating is because of the age of the rooms which would give an appearance of not clean. It was clean just a bit weathered on Fixtures. Beds, tables everything else was fine. Would stay again.」
