"Our stay at The Golden Well in Prague was truly delightful from beginning to end.
The reception was warm and professional. Victoria welcomed us with genuine friendliness, gave us a thoughtful tour of the hotel, and provided clear and helpful information about the surroundings. It immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for.
The room was elegant and very comfortable, with a genuine classic style that perfectly fits the historic character of the building. Everything felt calm, tasteful, and well maintained.
Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The view is beautiful, the breakfast menu is well prepared, and the buffet is generous and carefully arranged. The service was outstanding. Olga and Andrea were both warm, attentive, and caring, turning breakfast into a truly pleasant daily experience.
The hotel’s location is superb, quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring Prague. Check-out was simple, smooth, and efficient.
We truly enjoyed staying in this well-preserved historic building. It allowed us to feel and breathe the gracefulness of Prague in a very special way. We would gladly return and highly recommend The Golden Well to anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay."
