「We spent the July 4th weekend at this charming place. It was exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. You won’t need to take anything except your food and drinks. The front porch is delightful for drinking your morning coffee. It reminded us of my wife’s grandmother’s front porch. Our dog loved exploring the front yard which is completely fenced. The host was great at communicating with us. A great place to escape for some quiet time or Chapell Hill’s July 4th parade.」

「We rented The Cottage for two nights. The owners are friendly and everything was perfectly clean. They even had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and bottled water waiting for us.
My issue is mostly that I selected this location because of the whirlpool tub. The listing hadn’t been updated since the tub was replaced with a shower. I wouldn’t have been willing to pay more for that rental if I hadn’t thought I could soak my sore muscles in a tub after a long day.
Also, the checkout...
