The home was clean, which is the most important thing to me. All the bedrooms are upstairs and it's a pretty steep staircase, so if you have people who are mobility challenged they would be better off sleeping on the couch. There are one and a half bathrooms downstairs, so that is good. There were more than enough beds for our party. The only thing I found lacking were hooks to hang the towels. There are no hooks or towel bars. Plenty of towels though!

Welcoming, spacious & cozy home.

The stay was fabulous from start to finish. The property was exceptionally well maintained & stocked with all necessities needed by a large family. Host was easy to contact and communicate with. It was evident that this home was built with love, & the care & comfort of others.

Home away from home

The house is absolutely perfect and super cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed, all appliances are spotless, there are no less than two coffee machines. All bedrooms are huge and confy, the bathrooms are like new, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Mother’s Day weekend with our Family

We decided on renting this property after reading all of the reviews. We had a family function near the property on the day of check in and arrived late @ night. The home is very welcoming and spacious. We enjoyed a simple Mother’s Day BBQ with family. Communication with Yvonne was excellent. I would recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

The place was very nice and had a nice and calm neighborhood, house may seem a little ugly in the outside but the inside is mindblowing it's very nice and very modern. Would stay at this place again whenever coming to visit New York again.

Grandma Was Happy

A perfect, cozy property in a small town, this place has charm! Do not let the outdoor, first glance appearance fool you, the inside is large, beautifully furnished, super clean, and stocked with things to make your stay more pleasant (hand soap, hotel-like toiletries, detergent, coffee, hand towels, board games, etc). The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Directions for things like heating and air were readily available and clear. Our entire family was comfortable with the stay. My 80+ year old grandmother raved about the place and thought it was "so nice." She didn't even complain about the stairs, which we thought may give her issues. She took them one at a time, and managed them just fine. The curvy roads to the property were the only thing that caused some strife when trying to arrive - but even that became a nice country drive after our third or so trip. Overall, AMAZING stay. If visiting family again, we will definitely try to book Cozy Walkill Inn first!

Super Cozy and Clean

The house was nice and clean, there was ample room for the 12 of us. The beds were super comfortable. Supermarket was like 15min away. Close to Bethel. Convenience of all appliances. Will defenitly book again in the future.

Great Family Gathering Place

Don't judge a home by its cover.

The exterior of the house looks ordinary but interior is updated, roomy and spacious. Kitchen is fun place to hang out in. Bedrooms are bright and beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking space in the back. Location is close to many conveniences, like the post office, pizza place and deli. Street traffic is not too busy and noisy that it becomes a bother, yet just enough to feel that you are not remotely alone somewhere. If my family and I find ourselves in Wallkill again, we will stay in this house. Thank you!

Nice place to stay

The home was comfortable and affordable. The beds were comfortable and we all rested well every night. I would highly recommend staying here while touring the facilities of Jehovah's Witnesses in the surrounding area.

True to the description

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It fit our group perfectly with plenty of space for everyone, whether they wanted to nap or play games or watch TV we never felt crowded. We really enjoyed the big kitchen. As the kitchen is a gathering place we could all talk with each other as we cooked We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to Wallkill Bethel complex that accommodated our large group.

Pros: Spacious living/dining room area allowed us to visit with a bigger group. Nice upgraded kitchen with heated floors. Four bedrooms, two 3/4 bathrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms. New washer and dryer in nice ironing room. Property manager (Chelsea) was very responsive. Beds had electric blankets. Rental fee was less than we would have paid for hotel rooms for our group. Cons: Older structure with unlevel floors. Steep steps to upstairs and handrails could be more robust. Many of the beds were quite soft. Bedroom #4 could use a coatrod. Some of bathrooms could use a mirror.

Great family gathering place! With quirky lighting.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay with our family and friends. Large spacious bedroom and large kitchen, dining and living areas provided enough space for all 10 of us. Turning on the lights took some testing of the light switches and finding their locations. The bedroom upstairs with the bunk beds is 2 steps down into the room with no light switch on the wall. I know this because I walked into the dark room looking for lights and fell down the steps and landed on my back. Otherwise spacious and clean. Walking distance to everything on the Main Street was great too!

Convenient, fun home!!

It was close to all the places we were touring, the bedrooms and decor was adorable! All the amenities were great! We had a really fun time all being together in one home. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Great place to stay while visiting the Watchtower branch facilities

Perfect size for our group of 11 Very comfortable & served all our needs. A mirror in back bathroom & larger mirror in main bathroom (where the 3 smaller ones are ) would of been greatly appreciated!!
