“The apartment is located on the edge of Johanisberg allowing easy access for walks in the surrounding vineyard. Many restaurants are in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants at the Burg Schwarzenstein. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very pleasant to sit on in and enjoy the view. If it is too cold there is a large window which you can look out from the dining area. ”

“After a two week WWII historical tour, my son and I used this place to relax for a week, do laundry, and as an HQ for visiting Frankfurt-area universities and the Nürburgring (about an hour away). Had a lovely stay! Quiet, peaceful village. Beautiful view. Loved Cappicola pizza at Da Aldo Hauptstraße and Wiener schnitzel at restaurant Zum Adler. We bought groceries at Markt-Bäckerei, which is just a quick drive to the next village. Hope to return in the future.”

“The room had modern touches and clean beds and spacious. Good location and manageable parking. The bathroom shower had brown/black mold on the tile floors that need a deep cleaning. “We stayed in the family suite while visiting from the US for Volksfest, the accommodations were exactly as expected and convenient. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The views from the two public decks were incredible, making them the perfect spot to unwind with a drink after a busy day at the fest. We would definitely stay here again.”

Prima Ausgangsbasis für Radtouren und Wanderungen im Rheingau und umzu. Räder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Cons: Zur Straße hin morgens recht laut, Durchgangsverkehr. Aber notfalls kann man im Wohnzimmer übernachten, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist.”
