Please be aware that the pathway from the driveway pad to the back door is uneven, and there is also a 2-inch step. We kindly ask everyone to exercise caution and watch their step, regardless of age. By using the premises, guests acknowledge and accept that the property owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that we have placed additional carpets around the house to protect the floor and original carpets due to wear and tear. Please be especially mindful of the extra carpets, floorboards, steps and all around the house particularly for the safety of elderly people and children. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Note #1:
There are units A and B. You will be staying in the unit A which is separate unit. Do not disturb the unit B tenant!! The unit B is detached from the main house and it’s completely separate houses! Whole unit A and back and front yards are fully yours, nothing is shared with each other except the unit B building wall. The unit A is totally separate and enjoy the stay.
Note #2: this is an instruction to use a hot tub.
-Please note that our pool and deck project has delayed and not completed yet. If you really would like to use a hot tub please read below notes. Always watch your step and surround the hot tube at all time.
-Please put the cover on the clean area. Always put the cover back after using the hot tub.
-Before use the hot tub please check if the temperature is 101F and has to be 101F all the time. (We set to 101F already.)
-Please do not turn off the hot tub.

Other Notes:
1.Health, safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost important to us. For this reason, we use through and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
2. Due to warm weather here in Walnut Creek, CA we might have bugs inside and out of the house. We are preventing to eliminate insects as much as possible.
3. If your room has a portable or any heater please make sure its turned off before you leave or going to sleep!!
4. Windy day please tie the outdoor umbrella in the front yard and roll back or tie the Pergola canopy in the back yard!!
5. Rainy day please unplug the running machine wire in the back yard!! Put it in the cover!!
Please also put the pool cover on top of the pool and tennis table!!
6. Avoid using gym equipments on rainy day!!
7. Do not leave children around the gym area or near equipments!! Always watch your children around gym area or near equipments!!
8. At all time please watch and keep in eyes on children around kids playing area!!
9. Always watch your children if they are around the mirror in the living room!!
