「Hotel and property was absolutely breathtaking! The staff was super friendly upon arrival and check-in was easy. My only complaints (and they are very minor) is that the room wouldn't get as cold as we like, and the pillows were too soft. Other than that, it was fantastic!」

「Absolutely delightful. Check in clerk was fantastic. Best decorated hotel anywhere. So clean. Bed was super comfy. The little details were so nice. And the ease of access to hot tub was a great feature. The included breakfast is NOT your typical continental breakfast, on a Sunday at least. I would call it the buffet of 100 selections. Great coffee. Des Lux will be our go to hotel in Des Moines. 」

「The Wildwood is very close to a great trail along Walnut Creek- perfect for morning walk. The breakfast is varied and substantial. Easy on and off to the freeway. I always stay here when in Des Moines.」

「This is our 5th time staying at Surety. The only negative this trip was that I requested housekeeping every day and never received it. 」

「Had a great room, 2 queens and sofa was comfy enough to sleepin too. Only negative was breakfast area is too small and staff didn't keep it filled up with stuff, no napkins, coffee, food, etc... this was during their busy time but they didn't seem able to see what was low and get on it.」

「This hotel was absolutely perfect! It was very affordable and the room was amazing with great amenities and a really nice shower. Everything seems so new and it was so spacious. I was shocked. Our room had plenty of areas to plug in our electronics, plus a nice refrigerator and a separate area with a sink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「Nice spot for a weekend stay. Breakfasts doesn't start until 7 though. Rooms were clean, front area was nicely done. Snacks availabile for purchase by front desk. 」

「Very nice, quiet property. Rooms are very pretty and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Very impressive variety for breakfast and the Breakfast area was very nice. They have a pool, and a game room; they even have pool tables. Olivia was wonderfully helpful. 」
