While you'll have full access to the house, please keep the following in mind:
● Parking: Free off-street parking is available for 4 to 6 vehicles in front of the garage and in the half-circle driveway. Please do not park in the garage.
● Locked Cabinets: Two cabinets in the laundry area are secured for our team’s use—please do not attempt to access. Rest assured, there’s plenty of storage space for your belongings and ample amenities provided.
● Basement Access: The basement door remains unlocked for emergency access to house controls but is not for recreational use.
● Locked Shed: A separate shed on the property is secured and not accessible.

Head south on 129 out of Damariscotta to find our place. There are limited deliveries in our area, so a vehicle will be required to ensure your best experience. There is an airport in Portland (one hour south) as well as train transit hub, including Amtrak, in Brunswick (40 mins south). Please note that there is a local train in Damariscotta/New Castle that connects with the hub in Brunswick.
