“On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled.

“I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled……

“In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean.
