Self service buffet style cooked and non cooked breakfast was good, plentiful and a great choice. Room was small but very adequate with all the usual 3-star amenities, including an en-suite bathroom with a powerful shower. Self parking car park was a plus amenity (£10 per night) although the spaces were rather tight (non bookable). The hotel was only 300 meters from the Finsbury Park tube station and immediately opposite the Park. Overall, a decent place to stay overnight.

A nice stay. Air conditioning worked well. It is right on a busy road, which is busy throughout the night, so the free earplugs were a good addition. Very helpful staff. We went to see a gig at the Alexandra Palace and so the hotel location was perfect for this!

Stayed for 1 night only and i was pleasantly surprised how good it was for the price. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good at £10 per night. Nice view of Finsbury Park. Il probably stay here again.

It's an older hotel with limited soundproofing and our room was under the reception area and in the corridor to the breakfast room so quite noisy. Had to sleep with earplugs (that they provide by the bed). Location otherwise good to two underground stations and a bus line that brings you to central London.

Very poor service and rude front office staff (Boby) — deeply disappointed. We booked a two-night stay at this property specifically because the website states that the rooms have air-conditioning, which I also personally confirmed in advance. I have a medical condition that causes excessive perspiration and a constant feeling of body heat, so AC is not a luxury, it is a necessity for my health. On the first night, the AC was working as expected. However, on the second night, the hotel purposely switched off the AC. When I called reception, he (Boby) openly admitted that they had turned it off and told me to “just open the windows.” It was extremely noisy outside, and this made it impossible to rest. We had to call reception several times due to worsening discomfort. I became genuinely unwell due to the heat and repeatedly requested at least a table fan. The staff member was extremely rude both to me and to my business partner, dismissively saying he could not find any fan. Only after several prompts did he eventually bring a heater fan, which was completely ineffective and inappropriate for the situation. Despite explaining my medical condition and the importance of maintaining a cool environment, he refused outright to switch the AC back on. This experience caused significant distress, and the attitude of the front office staff was unacceptable. With such poor service, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behaviour, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is as basic as it gets... it is actually more a B&B. It is badly in need of upgrading... rooms are old and worn and tiny. Hotel is also next to a v busy road so bring your earplugs. Staff were lovely and helpful though so can't fault them there
