Nestled on a private and quiet 1.6-acre lot, it has no neighbors on one side and is surrounded by woods on the other, offering a peaceful retreat with a large open area for families to enjoy day and night. There's also a playground for kids.

A new spacious deck leads down to the shoreline, and there's a step-free path to the water, making it accessible for wheelchairs and walkers.
