Family time

Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter.

Very nice atmosphere and quiet.

Accurate assessment of up three flights of stairs but apartment was nice and very clean. Owners nearby and friendly
