「The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hosts are responsive and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the airport and stored our bags when we were away on the inka trail. The room had comfortable beds and a small kitchen with the basics. We were very comfortable there. I would recommend for any family travelling with kids. The location is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. 」

「Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. 」

「Muy comodo, limpio y acogedor, muy segura la zona, hay algunas tiendas muy cerca para hacer compras basicas, esta un poco retirado del centro pero no hay porblena con el transporte, la dueña muy atenta, la recomiendo mucho.」

「This apartment was perfect for our stay in Cusco. So close to everything! We walked to all the sights, food and shopping! The kitchen was very helpful to use and we enjoyed the big living room with tv and good channels. Thank you for your hospitality! ❤️🤠」

「Kenberlin is the perfect host! Super attentive. The apartment is super clean and cute. It’s located on a side street so it’s not noisy. There is also a police station half a block down so it’s extra safe. There is the best cusqueño sandwich shop downstairs with delicious coffee. I would definitely recommend this place.」

「The host was very helpful. We weren't able to stay at the original place because we got in too late, but the host had plenty of other properties and we stayed at a place that was just as nice. One thing was there was supposed to be hot water, but there wasn't any, and the only other complaint was that there were some dead bugs on the comforter. If they had been alive I would've been more concerned but it worked out okay.」

「Rolando was fantastic to deal with, property was excellent and very secure. Neighbourhood is slightly sketchy after dark.」

"the room is fair. you got what you pay, they have everything you need, even kettle. meanwhile, the staff is super super nice ！ full star for them and the breakfast is nice. they have really nicr fried rice"

"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
