「This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away.
The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help.
I highly recommend this apartment.」

「First, the apartment was NOT ready. Communication with the company Wynwood was terrible. they made me wait for 2 hours to finally gave me a different place. The customer service is terrible, someone answers when they want and you dont really know who you are talking to. I would rate this customer service as the worst I ever dealt with.」

「Absolutely nothing horrible no staff at the hotel. Only security three nightclubs keeping me up all night bad treatment police called instead of helping I will never ever stay at this hotel again and I will tell everybody of how horrible this isand I will pursue a case against the hotel.」
