「Staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was genuine not fake. Hotel was new and clean. Had elevator and you didn't have to climb steps. Very convenient to the train station, so not to much uphill walking. Locally used tienda which meant better prices on, water, sodas, snacks and beer. Friendly locals. Only one small dissatisfaction. One morning we ate breakfast around 8:30 and the eggs and salchichas were completely cold. I would stay here again and recommend my friends.」

「A very good location for a reasonable price in the Machu Picchu town, not far from either the bus stop to the machu picchu or the town train station. The room is tiny but good and comfortable.」

「The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.」

「The guy in the front desk asked for $15 USD extra if we pay by credit card, for a 1 night stay!! This is a absolute rip-off (12% added to final booking cost shown in Expedia). We had to use our USD cash reserves to avoid.」

「The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.」
