「I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal...

「Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et avons été très bien accueillis, dès l'arrivée du train, par le personnel de l'hôtel. La chambre était confortable et disposait d'une bouilloire avec du thé. Et de la chaide avec une bonne pression. 」

「Our room was so full of mold and mildew it was hard to enter it. Water seemed to seep onto the bathroom floor. All our clothes reeked of mold so we had to wash them when we got to Cusco. They staff were great but I would never recommend a stay here.」
