「Excellent staff and clean room」

「1 star — “Luxury”? “City View”? Neither. Luxury? City view? Neither exists in the room I was given. The room is reasonably large, but that is about the only positive thing I can say. The overall standard and condition simply do not justify calling it a “Luxury Room.” “City View” — my window looked directly onto a road. No city panorama, no attractive view, nothing remotely resembling what I would expect from a room advertised this way. There is the noise. The sound insulation is unbelievably...

We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room...

Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby. -Clean and tidy -Breakfast is satisfactory -Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:( -Wifi is weak, weak, weak -Water temperature and flow is ok -No fridge for the standard room 」
