Das Hotel wirke sehr unpersönlich, keine Dekoration oder Bilder. In den Fluren war es sehr kalt. Abends konnte man sich nirgends gemütlich mit der Familie hinsetzen, z.B. in der Bar. Im Bad waren keine Ablagen für Waschutensilien. In der Dusche musste man das Shampoo und das Duschgel auf den Boden stellen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war schön ruhig und die Umgebung war auch schön. Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt und keine neuen Handtücher gebracht. Man hat uns nicht aufgeklärt, dass wir eine Karte raushängen mussten.

Wir hatten im Waldhotel schöne Tage. Service, Freundlichkeit ,Unterkunft, Sauberkeit waren gut . Würden das Hotel daher und auch auf Grund des Preis.- Leistungsverhältnisses weiter empfehlen.

Ich bin freundlich begrüsst worden, zum Abendessen war der Kollege genervt. Unterm Bett waren große Staubflusen. Die Balkontür im Zimmer lässt sich nicht mehr abklappern, sie hält nicht.Das Frühstück war gut.

Es hat alles gepasst. Wunderschöne Natur vor dem Hotel und ein gutes Buffet-Angebot morgens und auch abends. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Anreise auch mit Bus und Bahn über Bernau Bahnhof und gut angebundene Buslinie.

Service war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ,nur ein Minus Punkt, es war kein Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke auf dem Zimmer. Sonst kam ich die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr gutes Ambiente 👍 D. Sprenger

Das Haus hat eine wirklich phantastische Lage. Baulich ist es gut. Das Ambiente entspricht für mein Verständnis jedoch nicht einem Vier-Sterne-Haus. Kahle Wände, kein Bild oder ähnliches Accessoire. Doppelbett mit unterschiedlich hohen Matratzen. Spinnweben im Foyer wie schon vor sechs Wochen (vermutlich die selben). Bauarbeiterunterkunft. Vor unserem Fenster am Abend Feierabendtreff. Unmotivierte Kellnerin. Wir wollten zum Frühstück am Fenster sitzen, wurden jedoch recht barsch in eine ungemütliche Ecke verwiesen. Was haben wir falsch gemacht? Wir waren in diesem Haus schon mehrmals. Die Qualität des Aufenthaltes nahm leider stetig ab. Mich würde interessieren, von wann die Zertifizierung ist.

Nette Unterkunft. Gut eingerichtete moderne Zimmer. Klein, aber völlig ausreichend mit modernem Bad. Abendessen in Buffetform (25,-/Person einschließlich einem Getränk) ausreichend und schmackhaft. Frühstück (15,-/Person) überschaubar, aber für unsere Vorstellungen ebenfalls völlig ausreichend. Alles in allem was man nach einer Übernachtung sagen kann, empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut. Es liegt sehr gut zwischen Natur und Autobahn und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die Führung lässt offenbar zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist freundlich, es kann aber durchaus passieren, dass man sich an Couter oder auch beim Frühstück gedulden muss. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht Spitzenklasse. Bei diesem Aufenthalt tauschten wir das Zimmer, weil das erste unangenehm roch und zu dem auch nicht ordentlich gereinigt war. Krümel lagen im Schrank, Spinnweben waren in der Ecke, ein Nachttisch war schmierig und am Fön hing ein langes Haar. Das Zimmer wurde anstandslos getauscht, der Hinweis mit dem Geruch wurde morgens jedoch lapidar mit "Da haben Hunde übernachtet" begründet, da hätte ich mir mindestens mehr Verständnis oder sogar ein kleines Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Wir würden uns zudem freuen, wenn man das Zimmer in den einschlägigen Portalen mit Frühstück buchen könnte. Das musste man in unseren Fällen stets vor Ort separat tun. Zusätzlich würde ich mir eine Lademöglixhkeit für E-Autos wünschen. Alles Gute an das Team.
