Die Sauberkeit des Objekts lässt zu wünschen übrig, Matratzen durchgelegen, keine Fliegengitter, daher Lüften kaum möglich. Lage ideal, alles Fussnah zu erreichen.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und hat eine tolle, ruhige Lage.Die Ausstattung hat alles geboten was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Im Wohnquartier

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Block und war damit wie eine Mietwohnung. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber auch ein Stückchen weg vom Strand. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung knapp passend. Die Betten im 2ten Zimmer knarrten doch recht störtend.

Tolle Lage aber Wohnblockflair und schmutziges Geschirr

Die Lage des Objekts ist super zentral. Sehr an an allem was man braucht. Zentrum, Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants… Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung im Ort lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Horumer Tief( Fluss). Daher ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung sehr hoch und es riecht auch nach dem Fluss. Manchmal besonders morgens riecht es auch nach Marihuana ( Nachbarn?) Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnblock in der unteren Etage. So kann man gut Einkäufe/ Taschen etc. über Balkon rein bringen. Die Rasenfläche bietet Platz zum Ball spielen. Im August waren Brombeeren und Mirabellen im Vorgarten reif. Die Reinigungsfirma macht einen guten Job. Bad Böden usw. Waren sauber. Aber: die Vermieter verlassen sich darauf, dass die Gäste die schränke und Geschirr säubern. Das hat bei unseren Vormietern nicht funktioniert. Da wir dies bemängelten wurde uns netterweise ein Rabatt von 25€ erlassen( das entspricht der Kurtaxe) Damit war es für uns ok. Wir haben alles was wir benutzt haben vorher noch einmal abgewaschen, weil das Geschirr ölig war und klebrig. In der Besteckschublade waren überall Kaffeekrümel und andere Schnipsel von Verpackungen. Die haben wir ehrlicher Weise dort gelassen, weil ich keine Lust hatte meinen Urlaub mit Putzen zu verbringen. Im Bad liegt eine abgelaufene Sonnencreme von 2017. Die Wohnung hat mehrere kleine Mängel, die aber nicht weiter stören. Z.B angeditschte Glasränder oder abgebrochene Stoßdämpfer an der klobrille. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir kamen 4 Tage lang recht gut zurecht. Wir haben nur dort gefrühstückt und ansonsten auswärts gegessen. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind super ( Fischwerk, il gabbiano) Unser Fazit: Horumer Siel an sich ist super schön und bietet abwechslungsreiche Erlebnisse.

Insgesamt gut

Bis auf einige wenige Mängel in der Wohnung war alles O.K. und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur ist sehr gut.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch sehr nah zum Ortskern. Es gibt immer viele Parkplätze dort. Die Ausstattung ist gut, viele Küchengeräte, modernes Bad, ein kleiner Balkon und ein Smart-TV mit DVD-Spieler.

Erholung Pur

Es war ein wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten und man ist in der Dorfmitte. Auch zum Strand sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur ca. 10 Minuten. Zentraler und zugleich ruhiger kann man gar kein Urlaub verbringen. Meinem Mann und mir hat es so gut gefallen wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Die Wohnung war super, richtig gemütlich und modern. Genau wie auf den Fotos! Mit ein paar Schritten direkt im Centrum.

Diese Wohnung würden wir keinem empfehlen

Wir waren geschockt über den Zustand der Wohnung überall nur Haare und Dreck in jeder Ecke saßen Spinnen Spinnweben überall die Wohnung stank nach Rauch und war modrig und schimmelig selbst unsere Kleidung roch nach einer Woche modrig Der Tisch und die Stühle waren verschmutzt und es hingen noch die Essensreste dran Vor dem Bett befanden sich Stuhlgangreste Eine Frechheit die Wohnung in einem derartigen Zustand zu vermieten und dafür zahlt man auch noch eine Endreinigung Würde den Putzdienst sofort feuern
