This spacious villa in Bas-Oha, Wanze, is perfect for large families, friends, or group outings. Just 2 km from the city center, the villa offers easy access to cultural gems such as Château Féodal de Moha and the picturesque Parc de la Basse Mehaigne. Adventurers can explore the Mont Mosan animal park or hike to panoramic viewpoints over the Maas Valley. The nearby Château de Modave adds a touch of history and grandeur to your trip.
The villa spans three floors and features 12 bedrooms, 7 shower rooms, and spacious living areas. It also includes a private pool house with a sauna and rooftop terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with three microwaves, three dishwashers, three refrigerators, and a wine fridge, ideal for group meals. Outside, you can enjoy a fenced garden, a large barbecue, trampolines, a tennis court, and a soccer goal. Central heating and private parking provide comfort year-round.
