"I would have liked the kids to be able to use the pool. Pool is not in the same building as the hotel as well as the gym which is less convenient. Everything else is great. Room is large and clean, staff is amazing. Great location."

"From arrival to departure, the hotel exceeded expectations. The location was great and the staff helpful. The room was small, but very well designed to have plenty of places to put things. "Great location if you want to be close to Shinjuku, but not deal with the noise and the people. The hotel is hooked on the underground walkway to Shinjuku station, which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants in the building and two convenient stores and if that’s not enough right around the corner is a 7-11 the rooms are standard size for Japan. We were on the 23rd floor during an earthquake and the building stayed intact. No complaints."
