Anlage, Haus und alles super, aber der Service war vor Ort etwas unfreundlich, sich abgrenzend, nicht einladend, wie soll ichs beschreiben... und der Preis sehr hoch. Keine Kommunikation mit dem Ort selbst, sondern mit einer ominösen Agentur, keine Ansage zur Checkinzeit die glücklicherweise gerade so gepasst hat... und in der Hauptreisezeit wird dort Kurzarbeit gemacht....also war das Cafe zu und wir mussten abends für...

"Lagewenig LeuteAusstattung der FewoGemeinschaftsküche gut ausgestattet -Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden weil es ein Labyrinth gibt,welcher jedoch nicht genutzt werden konnte,da er sehr bewachsen ist-Beim Spielplatz sah es leider genauso verwildert aus.- Auch die Wiese vor den Fewos könnte mal gemäht werden. -In der Fewo waren viele Spinnen und leider auch Spinnweben-das Cafe war zu und hat wohl nur am Wochenende auf,somit gab es auch kein WLan"

"An absolutely delightful boutique hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Muritz, and in the Old-Town area of Waren close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc. Originally built as a young-ladies 'Finishing School' in the late 1800's, the hotel is full of period-atmosphere and history, and the decor and furniture reflects this. Our room was a really good size, and also had a period sofa, desk and coffee table, as well as a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a real treat of home-made and local produce, along-with cereals, muesli, breads etc. The owners speak very little English, but with my school-boy German (or Google-Translate would also work), they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful with advice. The small additional charge for car-parking is very good value for Waren, where on-street charges can be quite expensive. If you are looking to stay in Waren and would like personal service, friendliness and a beautiful hotel with charm and history, then this is your place! (Note the opening hours of the reception desk - the hotel is unable to take late arrivals, which you should plan around.) "
