「We enjoyed our stay at Tapatillo Springs Resort. We did have a few maintenance issues during our visit. The shower head initially had very little water pressure, but it was replaced quickly. Later, the shower began draining slowly, and maintenance came out and took care of the problem promptly. The Cascada Restaurant was excellent! The service was great, and we really enjoyed our experience there. The pool was also nice and relaxing, and our bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant...

「We were here for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The place is clean and secure. We had a very relaxing stay away from the chaos. Check in/check out process was completely contactless, but all the details were sent ahead of time. The place is great for kids too.」

「I enjoyed staying in the room I was in. I felt like I got really good night sleep for the two nights I stayed there. However, I did notice that I had several spider friends crawling on the ceiling, but they never bothered me though.」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「Place was not maintained. Carpet and bed had stains. There were holes in the walls. The toilet and bathtub weren’t clean. The lady from the front desk came peaking into our window invading our privacy. Accused us of being there before and causing damage to the property even though my family had never been there before. Terrible place so do not stay here.」

「Our stay at Tree Top River Cabin in Center Point was absolutely fantastic. The cabin is beautifully decorated in an authentic Texas style, with so much attention to detail that it immediately feels warm, cozy, and special. The check-in process worked perfectly with the access codes, and communication with the host was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
