Visit Southern Serenity for Easter - Fiber Wifi - Close to Callaway

Comfortable, clean, cozy cabin nestled in the woods of FDR state park. Roomy master bedroom downstairs, upstairs queen bedroom with attached bathroom and loft area with double bottom/single top. Large front porch with swings; 700 sq ft back porch with single bed, rockers and swing. Side yard has enclosed doggy area. Wood fireplace, park grill, Keurig with K-cup pods provided as well as welcome drinks and basic spices.

Located eight miles from Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain and FDR’s Little White House in Warm Springs, GA. Mountain lookouts, picnic area and FDR State Park Pool are within 3 miles. Entertainment for the entire family available at Butts Mill Farm and Wild Life Safari and fish hatchery. Explore the surrounding areas to find Red Oak Creek Covered Bridge and Fitzgerald Fruit Farm (homemade ice cream- Yum!). Wine tasting and blueberry farm also within 30 minutes drive.

Retro cabin with an amazing deck overlooking a steep hill into the forest. The fire pit is perfect for catching up with friends.Kitchen is a little dated but blends with the rustic cabin feeling that belongs in this beautiful forested spot. We would love to go back again!Side note: We had to go into town for foil, storage bags, extra paper towels, toilet paper, and all purpose spray cleaner (for cleaning up after meals). So, our recommendation is that if you don't know, just bring it.

Like being in a treehouse among the maples

The cabin had a wrap around back porch where the view of the green forest was fantastic. Downstairs the cabin had games and streaming, the kitchen, bedroom and a bath. Upstairs was a bunk bed in a loft as well as a private bedroom and bath. Host was kind and left coffee fixings and a bottle of wine. Lovely stay.

Fantasy in Lights

Beautiful cabin close to Callaway Gardens. We went to Fantasy in Lights. Pet friendly cabin with a fenced in area for the dog was great. We had an unexpected death in our family and had to cut our trip short so the owner let us check in early which was so nice. Beautiful viewing areas close to the cabin for views and hiking trails. Plenty of picnic areas close by. This place is perfect if you’re looking to be away from busy, city life. Would definitely stay here again.
