The staff at this property were very kind and responsive to our needs. The room we stayed in was clean. It had two beds, a mini fridge, and microwave. We did not see any bugs other than those that flew in when the door was left open. The breakfast was lacking but with so many restaurants around with excellent prices, that really wasn't a problem. Try the Fried Green Tomato right down the road. Excellent prices and delicious food for breakfast lunch, and dinner. Saturdays are all you can eat. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was around the back of the hotel. There was some construction going on, and it was deserted, and had a very creepy feel to it. The parking lot was far from full, so I don’t understand why the clerk put me in a room at the back of the building. When I got to the room, food was on the floor. Everything had a Denji, dirty look and feel to it. I slept with my clothes on because it was late and I was too tired to complain. In the morning, I’ll let the desk clerk know that the room was not clean. She claimed , they are in the middle of staff changes. The whole place is rundown, and, in my opinion, Ramada execs should send a team there to inspect the place—pop inspection, Undercover Boss-style. I NEVER would have believed a Ramada property would be like this! Needless to say, I will not be returning!!!!!!!!

Anthony, thank you for your review of our location. From my research you had decided not to stay with us. You had told the front desk you had decided to go stay with a friend. The front desk (two front desk clerks) did inform you that you would be charged for the night, and you said no problem. If you had stayed and had any issues our staff would have gladly fixed any issues for you.

Our room had a shower faucet that leaked all the time, quite a bit of water. Our bed was so soft we sunk in it and the room carpet was musty. The fire alarm beeped so much they had to come and remove it because they could not fix the problem.

Mr Thomas was exceptional during breakfast. He made my pancakes. I didn’t like the dirty hallways around the property. Carpet smells bad.

I did not like the end of town that it ended up being and didn't feel real safe in my room. The room did not have tissue nor did the refrigerator work that well nor did the TV work. not going again.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They were close to shopping and many restaurants so every was easy to find. The property is definitely in need of some updating!

They front desk gave me room keys to a incorrect room that smelled awful! When I told the desk that wasn’t the room I booked, I had booked 2 beds and I didn’t even have to turn the lights on before I walked out of the room, they refused to give me a different room and cancelled my reservation! Now I’m fighting to get my money back because I was refused a room I had paid for! There was a giant party going on in the parking lot right out the desk area and the lady didn’t even care! Another man was at the desk asking for batteries and she told me “you can have some in a min!” This place is absolutely horrendous!!

The staff at the front desk, security, and maintenance team all were great and helped me with my needs. The housekeeping was the biggest problem. Due to the lack cleanliness they provided me with, I had to move rooms twice. Even if housekeeping does not change the sheets daily, they still did not knock on the door or go in to change the towels or ask if I needed anything such as soap or tissue paper. They did not come to change the trash bags or pick up the towel that was left by previous guests. The other problem I had was that the room i reserved was not the room I got until they had to change my room the last night of my stay due to cleanliness.

There were stained floors, torn carpet and dirty curtains in the 1st room and it also smelled of smoke. Also a mirror was propped up against the wall instead of hanging on the wall. Fortunately, the clerk changed my room although it has broken towel racks, a cracked toilet cover, and soot in the AC unit.

Not happy with this place. We had to change rooms at bedtime because as we were getting into bed, the sheets in one of the beds were wet with what smelled like urine.

Rooms need to be updated for sure. Ceilings falling and cracking, sofa was torn to shreds, stunk in a non smoking room. Bed was comfortable though. Shower was not tightened so shot water to the ceiling and no towels when I arrived.

Excellent stay. Several problems with TV working and sound on TV (wasn't loud enough) and with key opening door. Staff was generally very helpful and congenial.
